Ingredients:
1 pkg beef polka keibasa
2 bell peppers
1/4 c chili sauce
1/3 c oyster sauce
2 tbs garlic
cilantro
mushrooms
chili flakes (optional ..I like my food spicy)
Heat wok with olive oil then saute garlic and bell peppers for about 5 minutes stirring frequently. When bell peppers are almost done, place the beef sausage slices in the wok until fully cooked. Add oyster sauce, chili sauce, and chili flakes to your own liking. I didn't add cilantro or mushrooms this time around because I didn't have any, but it was still yummy.
As Rachel Ray would say, 'you got yourself a 30 minute meal.'
