I'm a huge fan of Umami burger. My favorite is the truffle burger, and if you know truffle like I do then you know it's like crack...makes you crave for it more and more. I decided to make my own version of truffle burgers for our Niner vs. Giants championship game party. It was ah-maz-ing, and a winner in my book as my friend said, "I think this is better than Umami." Now if I can perfect Umami's garlic aioli, I'm set.
So we didn't make it to Superbowl. A heartbreaker, but a good Niner season nonetheless.
