I came across the words, 'Thai style shrimp & pineapple fried rice' in a cooking magazine while waiting for my appt. today, which automatically caught my eye. I was inspired. :) 1.) I was hungry and 2.) I was thinking we have plenty of shrimp at home. I read the recipe and seemed simple enough. I had all the ingredients at home already so all I had to do was call my sous chef (the bf) to cut the onions and cilantro and defrost the shrimp. Our dinner was ready in 15 minutes. Perfecto!
INGREDIENTS
brown rice (because I'm on a healthy tip)
shrimp
pineapple
cilantro
chili flakes
siracha
fish sauce
low sodium soy sauce
salt & pepper
