I'm so excited I came across this right now, I can't even think straight. Yes, its THAT serious. I remember ordering a churro at Redondo Beach Pier and Jeff mentioned that they should make ice cream filled churros. I thought it was a great idea and it came to a point where we started to question, how would you make ice cream filled churros? I still don't know how ice cream filled churros would be made, but what I do know now is that Xooro (pronounced Sure-oh) in Santa Monica and Mr. Churro in Chinatown have plenty of filled Churros to choose from. I'm not sure if they serve ice cream filled churros, but this is pretty darn close. Custard filling...nutella filling...peanut butter filling...strawberry fudge filling, and more, oh my! I want one, now!
