Dip

A couple years ago, I tried Jeff's mom's homemade dip and once again could not help but ask for the recipe. The taste beats any dip you could possibly find at a grocery store. I have made this dip plenty of times for special occasions and it's always a hit. Check it out:

DIP

2 lb lean ground beef
3 tomatoes
1 med onion
med. sour cream
1 jar of Salsa Picante mild
shredded chedder cheese
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Salt/pepper (optional)
soy sauce (optional)

Dice tomatoes and onions. Saute ground beef with diced tomatoes and onions. Once cooked, drain oil. Add sour cream and salsa. Mix. Taste dip to see if you need to add a little soy sauce, salt, or pepper. Transfer to a presentable dish/tupperware. Add shredded chedder cheese then top it off with diced red and green bell peppers. Pair the dip with your very own chips and voila!
